I'm starting to see ads on the message board. Is it just my flawed memory and they were there previously? Or is it something new?

Apparently it comes up occasionally and it can be taken off by paying a small fee... and I believed the promises about free service :-)
Does it bother you enough to pay for taking it off? (about $13 per year)

Amit,

Is it $13 per member? On the HA forums, we pay a fee to take away the ads. If you are a premium member of the forum (fee based, more features) you get no ads. I don't mind the MOST of the ads. I do mind the ones that make noise and beep at me and tell me I won.
